Snowmobile sealed bid auction

The WCSA board has met and talked extensively regarding the 2009 Artic Cat snowmobile that we have won.  In doing so we hope to dispose of this sled while there is still time to use it before spring comes. 

Current retail value of the new sled $6,800.00          MSRP $8,190.00

The board by unanimous vote has decided, based on input from the clubs:  There will be a sealed bid auction at the county meeting.  Minimum bids must start at $5,000!  Bids are to be turned in by 9:30 pm to the WCSA head of finance, Debbie Krivitz. Bids to be opened during New Business.

Incase of a tie bid:  A verbal auction will follow.  Please include your cell phone if you are not to be in attendance!

The winning bidder must pay $500 down at the time of winning bid.  The winner will have seven days to pay the remainder in full.  We will accept a certified bank check or cash for final payment.  Then we will issue a release letter to be presented to the dealer to pick up the sled. 

Winner must be able to pick up the snowmobile at Willson's Sport and Marine in Palmyra, Wisconsin.  The winner will be responsible to pay all appropriate fees and taxes including, state and county sales taxes, and registration fees.  There will also be a set up fee of approximately $300.00
